This exciting, innovative company promote more than 70% of their managers through internal progression and offer an exceptional experience for customer and employee alike. We are currently recruiting for Designate Deputy General Mangers in their London Region, who will undertake an industry leading training and development plan with a view to quickly stepping up as a General Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Deputy General Manager or General Manager within cinema or a transferable leisure background, and a proven track record of delivering strong sales. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for exceptional customer service in addition to the ability to train and develop a large team and great financial knowledge. Passion for film and cinema is essential!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete responsibility for the entire cinema operation
  • Recruitment, training and development of the cinema management team
  • Oversee the entire operation as a Duty Manager on a regular basis
  • Budgetary management including controlling costs such as labour, stock etc
  • Ensure delivery of an excellent customer journey from start to finish
  • Adherence to all company policies Health and Safety legislation, monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
  • Performance management
  • Operations management
  • Implementing marketing initiatives and events to drive sales
