Customer Care Associate - Luxury Jewellery Brand

£19,000 - £21,000 per annum
We are representing a luxury jewellery brand known for their creative and contemporary designs. They are now seeking a Customer Care Associate to join their team in London.
Customer Care Associate the role:
- Handle Emails, Calls, Live Chat and Returns processing
- Handle questions on social media networks
- Advise customers and offer exceptional service always
- Maintain the brands reputation for excellent Customer Service
- Act as a brand ambassador
- Proactively feedback web issues directly to web department
Customer Care Associate the person:
- At least 2 years in a Customer focused office environment
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships through a professional but personable approach
- Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
