Customer Care Advisor - Retail Head Office
Part time 22.5 hrs/ 3 days
High Wycombe
£11 - £12 per hour + benefits

Fantastic opportunity for a Customer Care Advisor to join a leading fashion retailer based at their Head office in High Wycombe. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering objectives and ensuring the brand surpasses customer expectations.

This is a fast- paced, varied role where you will communicate with customers across all channels including telephone, email, live chat & social media, to provide a unique and personal service.



Customer Care Advisor - The role:

  • Handling customer queries across different platforms, including live chat, phone calls, email and social media
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Building relationships with customers and using initiative when dealing with queries
  • Liaising with the warehouse team and couriers to resolve any order issues
  • Working closely with stores and other head office departments
  • Contribute to a positive, success driven environment within your team



Customer Care Advisor - The Person:

  • You will have a confident and comfortable telephone manner and demonstrate excellent communication skills- written & verbal
  • You must have proven experience working in a customer- facing role, whether that be office-based or face-to-face experience
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Good team player with a strong, natural sales-orientated approach to work



To be successful in this role you should have experience in a customer service environment either within an office or face to face role.
