Customer Care Advisor - Head Office Based
Salary up to £20,000 per annum based on experience plus great benefits including bonus and commission
Full Time - Monday -Sunday (8 hours per day between the hours of 8am - 7pm)
An exceptional opportunity to join a leading luxury multi-retailer in the position of Customer Care Advisor based at the companies Head Office in Hungerford, Berkshire.
This company is rich in history and is looking for a motivated and customer service focused individual with excellent communication skills.
You will need to be a driven and passionate about providing the very best service.
- General customer support via telephone, email and online chat (including online purchase issues, delivery and order updates, product returns etc.)
- Managing the daily Customer Care mailbox, within a 24-hour response time
- Proactively contacting customers with updates
- Liaising with external teams, including IT, Sales and Fulfilment to ensure a smooth customer journey from Registration through to the final gift delivery
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a customer service role based within an Head Office/Call Centre environment ideally within a luxury or retail environment
- Experience in working with a CRM system is highly advantageous
- A good level of computer literacy is essential (especially using MS Office)
- Excellent communication over phone and email.
