Designate Store Manager - Coffee Shops

Our client is a well-established international Cinema brand who are proud to be the second largest cinema operator in the world. Currently they operate a portfolio in excess of 100 cinemas in the UK, which is steadily growing. This exciting, innovative company promote more than 70% of their managers through internal progression and offer an exceptional experience for customer and employee alike.

Our client has a growing partnership with one the biggest coffee shop chains in the world and they are looking for a Designate Store Manager to support their branded café operations within some of their fantastic cinemas in North London. The ideal candidate will have experience as a manager within a fast-paced, customer focused, coffee shop environment and a proven track record of delivering strong sales. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for exceptional customer service in addition to the ability to train and develop a large team and great financial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support stores in the North London area as required, taking on ad hoc project work and troubleshooting stores
  • Working closely with the Regional Manager and National Café Operations Manager
  • Assist with new openings
  • Cover stores in the absence of a Store Manager
  • All Store Manager responsibilities, including preparing staff rotas, stock control and budgetary management
  • Recruitment, induction and training and coaching managers, supervisors and team members
  • Adherence to Health and Safety legislation and monitoring compliance and maintaining standards



Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be flexible to travel in the North London area and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
