Support Chef's all levels needed - NO EVENINGS!

HOURS: 40 Hours Per week 5 days a week to include one alternate weekend day. NO EVENINGS!

We are looking for a variety of levels of Chef's to work within our clients fast paced, high volume, restaurant.

Our client is an established and successful operation, the garden centre was originally created within the walls of a large Victorian kitchen garden belonging to Cold Overton Hall. Still on the same site today, the centre has expanded considerably over the years, but still retains its traditional family values of excellent customer service coupled with great value for money.

This beautiful venue is so much more than a garden centre and is often referred to as a rural department store. On a weekend, The Garden Restaurant does on average 900 covers per day; and is open from 9AM - 4.30PM, NO evenings required. Our client prides themselves for having a high standard for food for a good price.

Key Responsibilities:

· To work alongside our team of chefs on the day-to-day kitchen operation
· Work alongside others to succeed
· Reports into the Head Chef, Restaurant Manager and the Catering Manager
· Service and delivering great food.

Candidate Requirements:

· Must have previous experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant
· Be willing to work on new ideas and have a drive to always work to the best of your ability
· Must be able to remain calm and focused, ensuring every dish is high quality
· A team player with drive and ambition
