Our client is a well-established international Cinema brand who are proud to be the second largest cinema operator in the world. Currently they operate a portfolio of more than 90 cinemas in the UK, which is steadily growing with many more new openings in the pipeline for 2018. This exciting, innovative company have a growing partnership with one the biggest coffee shop chains in the world and we are looking for a Shift Supervisor/Manager to assist the Store Manager in a branded café operation within their fantastic Cinema on Fulham Road.
The ideal candidate will have experience as team leader, supervisor or manager within a fast-paced, customer focused, coffee shop environment and a proven track record of delivering strong sales. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for exceptional customer service in addition to the ability to train and develop a large team and great financial knowledge.
- Display a customer comes first attitude- engaging and connecting with customers.
- Ensure Baristas deliver legendary customer service through monitoring and coaching whilst on shift.
- Take responsibility for the shift - ensuring shift runs smoothly and speed of service, cleanliness standards and operational needs are met.
- Communicate information with Store Manager to ensure that the team responds to needs of business.
- Through all actions and decisions contribute to profitability and building of sales in the store.
- Ensure all store promotions, store facilities, payroll costs, stock ordering and reporting processes are followed.
