Business Development Manager
£25,000 per annum plus excellent bonus structure (£60k OTE), company car, phone and laptop.
Head Office - Slough (with regular nationwide travel)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to work for our client who always provide the ultimate dessert experience!
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience within a B2B sales environment. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for developing relationships. You need to be commercially aware, with the presence and personality to achieve agreed KPI's which will enable you to meet your business targets.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively sourcing new business.
- Gathering and chasing new leads via Social Media including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook along with attending networking events.
- Understanding customer needs face to face to identify the best possible outcome for both parties
- Delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with your customers to gain continuous business and referrals.
- Planning your days efficiently to enable best use of your time.
- Attending meetings and conferences when required.
- Continually achieve all activity KPI's on a weekly basis
