Our client is an entertainment and hospitality operator with a portfolio of venues across the UK, offering a diverse range of leisure concepts and cinema alongside a quality food and beverage operation and providing an exceptional customer experience. We are currently recruiting for a Bar Supervisor for a brand new food and beverage operation within an innovative new leisure development. This brasserie style restaurant and bar will encompass a rooftop terrace bar with views overlooking the canal. The ideal candidate will have passion for cocktails and experience of leading a team of Bartenders in a premium, service focused environment; demonstrating what exceptional service looks like and inspiring others to do the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth, efficient and effective running of the bar.
• Lead the bar team on shift, delegating duties and organising breaks.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by monitoring product and service quality and continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail.
• Follow stock control procedures and guidelines; undertake stock takes as required and monitor wastage.
• Assist with the training of the bar team and supervise and motivate the team to ensure the very highest standards of service.
• Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety and Company policies are adhered to at all times.
• Continuously develop both your own and the team's product knowledge, such as cocktails.
