Assistant Store Manager
Notting Hill
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE + Bonus & Great Benefits

We have a brand new, exciting opportunity to join an independent cycling retailer located in Notting Hill. Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Retail Assistant Store Manager to add to their growing team, assisting the Store Manager with the daily operations and sales of the store. With over 10 stores currently, this is great time to join as they look to expand their company wider!

The Role of Assistant Store Manager:

  • Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations as well as collaborating to improve performance and drive store KPIs.
  • Ensuring all sales are maximised fully and managing the P&L accounts.
  • Liaising with customers to arrange collections and keeping them up to date on their orders to provide excellent customer service.
  • Advise and recommend products to customers to fit with their needs and budget.
  • Training and development of staff and recruitment of new staff
  • Follow and adhere to H&S guidelines as per company's policy.

About you:

  • Management experience in a retail setting
  • Understand and comply with all health and safety procedures
  • Advise and recommend products and services to suit customer need and budget
  • Have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Always have a positive approach to your work.
  • Strong ability to drive sales and be a strong motivator for your team
  • Understanding of how to assemble bikes and/or passion for cycling
