We are currently looking to speak to experienced Area Managers or Regional Managers with a background in quick service restaurants. Our client is an independent QSR operator who focus on fully customisable Asian-fusion cuisine to eat-in or take away, produced with the freshest locally sourced ingredients. This a vibrant and innovative brand who currently operate 3 sites in London and have big plans for future growth, making this the perfect time to join the company!

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Area or Regional Manager with a similar brand, a proven record of driving sales and a passion for developing people. Our client's ethos is all about being fun and fresh, so the Area Manager must be full of enthusiasm, bursting with new ideas and looking to build a career with an exciting, growing brand.

Key Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Reporting directly to the Business Owner and taking a hands-on approach to the day to day running of the stores in addition to project work.
  • Overseeing the financial performance of all sites, working closely with the Store Managers to control costs, drive sales and increase profit.
  • Reviewing business processes and continuously looking for new ways to improve efficiency and standards.
  • Take control of all aspects of new store openings.
  • Providing support and guidance to all Managers within your units, and recruitment and development of management teams.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and supporting your employees to enable them to be accountable for delivering this.
  • Ensuring that your teams are achieving and exceeding financial and sales targets.
  • Ensure hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained.
  • Constantly reviewing key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to achieve operational goals.
