Area Manager - Fast Food/QSR

up to £60,000 per annum + excellent benefits

We are currently looking for an Area Manager to oversee a number of branded and non-branded fast food operations at one of their largest parks; leading the team to drive industry leading customer experience and achieve brand standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a multi-site role as an Area Manager of Regional Manager within a fast-paced, branded QSR or fast food environment, and will be commercially aware with excellent knowledge of financials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Line managing, coaching and developing Unit Managers.
  • Operating the brands in line with brand standards, food safety, and health & safety guidelines at all times.
  • Ensuring that individual brand standards are implemented in a way that compliments the company's own guidelines and policies.
  • Recruiting, inspiring, developing and motivating team members to maximise efficiency and guest experience.
  • Achieving set budgets and margins for all areas of the unit operations and ensure that stock, costs and overheads are controlled in line with the company and site requirements.
  • Regularly review and develop retail areas to maximise sales and introduce and implement promotions as required.
  • Promoting the business through positive marketing strategies and ensure all POS is up to date and relevant.
  • Delivering on performance targets against budget, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Consistently communicating with customers and team to ensure industry leading service levels are met.
