I am passionate about retail and have worked in retail recruitment for over 16 years, starting out as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and developing my experience to become Head Of Division for the Midlands for a leading fashion and retail consultancy. I joined C2 Recruitment ten years ago, having worked with Shane previously I was excited at the prospects and vision Shane shared for his business and the clear direction he wanted for C2 Recruitment.
Prior to working in recruitment; I worked in retail management for companies such as House Of Fraser and Oasis and I developed a real passion for fashion retail. I initially started working in retail whilst studying for my Business Management degree and I decided I wanted to pursue my career in retail management; this is something I am extremely passionate about and where my strength lies.

I am extremely proud to work for such an evolving business and I truly love my role as Business Support Manager: it is a truly diverse role which allows me to focus on client satisfaction whilst continuing to develop a business that clients want to work with and consultants want to work within. During my time at C2 Recruitment I have also completed my Level 7 CIPD in HR Management which has allowed me to support the future growth of the business and our team of consultants.
