The Roles
Restaurant Manager £18,000 – £20,000
Sous Chef – £18,000 – £20,000
Breakfast Chef – Negotiable
Role Criteria
Ideally you will have previous experience or worked within quality pub restaurants. Above all you will need to be passionate and enthusiastic and have great customer service skills.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with both bar and restaurant expertise, and a passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service. The role is very hands on, and the successful candidate will have the ability to train, motivate and lead a team from the front.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the financial performance of the restaurant and the quality and consistency of food and drink service.
You will also be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety.
This is an ideal position for any forward thinking people who wish to increase their knowledge of fine foods and progress within his/her career in an outstanding property. You will work alongside the Owner and General Manager having their full support sharing the vision along the way to deliver good, simple and locally sourced food in a stylish environment.
